By enrolling in the MetaEduversity Summer program, the participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Program Enrollment:
  1. The participant must complete the online enrollment process and provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  2. Enrollment is subject to availability, and enrollment confirmation will be sent via email.
  • Payment:
  1. The participant agrees to pay the specified program fee at the time of enrollment.
  2. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
  • Program Access and Materials:
  1. The participant will be provided with login credentials to access the online program materials.
  2. The participant is responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection and compatible devices.
  3. Program materials, including lectures, readings, and assignments, are for the participant’s personal use and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
  • Intellectual Property:
  1. All program materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and assessments, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by the program provider or its licensors.
  2. The participant may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any program materials without prior written permission from the program provider.
  • Program Completion and Certification:
  1. The participant must fulfil all program requirements, including assignments, quizzes, and examinations, to be eligible for a program completion certificate.
  2. The program provider reserves the right to determine the criteria for awarding program completion certificates.
  3. The participant acknowledges that a program completion certificate does not constitute official academic credit or a degree.
  • Code of Conduct:
  1. The participant agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the duration of the program.
  2. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or plagiarism, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
  • Technical Issues:
  1. The program provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access to the online program platform. However, the participant acknowledges that technical issues may arise that are beyond the program provider’s control.
  2. The program provider is not responsible for any loss of data, interruption of access, or other technical issues experienced by the participant.
  • Modifications and Cancellations:
  1. The program provider reserves the right to modify the program schedule, content, or instructors, as necessary.
  2. In the event of program cancellation by the program provider, the participant will be notified, and a refund of the program fee will be provided.
  • Privacy:
  1. The participant’s personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the program provider’s privacy policy.
  2. The participant agrees to receive communications related to the program via email, unless they opt out.


  1. The program provider makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the program content, outcomes, or the participant’s success in achieving their learning objectives.
  2. The participant acknowledges that the program is provided on an “as-is” basis and assumes all risks associated with their participation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By enrolling in the online summer program, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
